We make it easy to find a perfect service provider for your needs. On the Yomashi homepage, you can browse through the featured services, or at the top under “Our Services” you can choose the category you are looking for. If you have any questions or need help finding the right service provider our support team is always available to help.
To schedule a service, simply find a provider you like and press the “Schedule” button. Next, you will enter the service page where you can choose the date and time you want the service to be performed, as well as provide additional details if needed. If you have any questions or need help making a reservation request, our support team is always available to help.
When you are finishing the scheduling process you will always press the “Check Availability” button, this is to confirm that the provider has the capacity to perform your service. The provider has 24 hours to confirm or reject your request. If the request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and the payment details will be sent to you. If it is rejected, you will receive an e-mail notification and you can search for other available service providers.

After paying for the service, in your customer area, you can navigate to the scheduling where by clicking on the “View” button I can see all the details and open a chat with the provider.
Modifying an already booked service is easy and convenient at Yomashi. If you need to make changes, such as changing the date, time, or specific requirements of the service, just contact the service provider. Our providers are always ready to help and accommodate your needs, provided there is availability. Our support team is available to help and ensure a positive experience when modifying a booked service.
To pay for an Appointment at Yomashi, all you have to do is follow a simple and secure process. After you make the booking request to the provider and it is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with all the booking details and the necessary information to make the payment. From the moment you make the payment, the service is booked and the provider is ready to receive your pet. If you have any questions or need help making a payment, our support team is always available to help.
We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as other payment methods to provide a seamless payment experience for our customers.
